%X The objective of this research is to map and to quantify the remainders of the vegetation covering the Pantanal wetland Bioma, year 2002 in 1:250,000 scale. The mapping will be obtained by visual interpretation of Landsat digital images, field works and analysis of existenting works. The following products will be generated: a) the georreferecend database, b) map index of existing mapping, c) map zero of the initiatives of existing mapping, d) final map of the vegetation covering in the scale of 1:250,000, e) charts-image in the scale 1:250,000, f) map synthesis of the Bioma and, g) composed report, among other, of characterization of the mapped classes, georreferenced photos and listing of species.
